Birthdays

No reservation possible less than two weeks before the reservation. Birthday party bookings can be changed by plus or minus 30% up to one week before the date booked for the birthday party. If the change exceeds this percentage, additional charges may apply.

The deposit is non-refundable.

First hour: Guided tour of the aviary with the facilitator. You will participate in the interactive mission in the midst of hundreds of free-flying butterflies.

Second hour: Your table is reserved on the mezzanine, for one hour during which you can eat a cake if you have chosen it and popcorn, all accompanied by juice or slush. Cake plates, spoons and candles are included.

Next hours: You are free to enjoy the games module and the crystal maze. We recommend that you allow 2:30 hours for a birthday with the standard package and 3:30 if you add the aerial adventure.

It is possible for you to bring cold food only.

Plates, spoons and candles are included for the cake and wrap platter ordered with BFLY when you make your reservation. You must bring your plates and cutlery for the food you bring and you can hand them over to our employees upon your arrival.

You can bring decorations for the table. You just need to hand them over to our employees when you arrive. You cannot decorate the table yourself, but our team will take care of it before you arrive at the table. Note that since the space is open and everything is decorated in the style of the magical world of Bfly, no walls can be placed at your disposal.

We recommend that you allow 2:30 hours for a birthday with the standard package and 3:30 if you add the aerial adventure.

Note that children must be at least 5 years old and at least 122 cm tall for the aerial adventure. This adventure cannot be booked online, but tell our staff when you arrive, and they can add it to your package, at a cost of $ 19.95 per child. If the group does the activity, the birthday child can enjoy it for free.

One accompanying adult is included.

Additional adults pay the regular admission fee of  $16 if they want to access the site and visit the aviary with the children. It is up to you whether you include them on your invoice or not.

Unfortunately, our caterer cannot guarantee that the food is allergen-free and it is not kosher. You can bring your own food (cold only) to eat on the premises.

NB: You are not permitted to bring your own cake if you haven’t purchased a birthday package.

The deposit required at the time of booking is $ 75. This amount is not refundable, but it will be deducted from your total bill when paying on site.

The deadline to reserve is 2 weeks before the anniversary. As the time slots are limited, it is recommended to book 3 to 4 weeks in advance.

A minimum of 6 children are required to book a birthday party with Bfly. If your group has less than 6 children, you can still take advantage of the birthday package for the same price. In this case, the extra entries can be used for adults.
